Forward progress stopped northeast of Cisco as crews build containment lines
The Lobo Fire is burning northeast of Cisco near Highway 183 and County Road 156 in Eastland County. Ground crews and aerial water drops halted the fire's forward progress, with fire behavior moderating along the perimeter.
